"instant pain relief"
Strange "instant pain relief" secret caught on video
Have you seen the weird "little brown bottle" video?
In the short video, you can see how more than 535,311 people have discovered an underground sensation in pain relief -- with NO mass media advertising. Some people are saying that just one or two drops of a clear substance relieved their pain instantly -- and for hours or DAYS.
If you or a loved one is suffering from arthritis, shoulder, hip, or joint pain you MUST see this brief viral video. It will only take a moment, and your pain could finally be gone.
In fact, the little brown bottle is a nightmare for those highly paid "Pain Specialist" MDs. So I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to get the video banned or discredited. While it's up there, watch it now.
This is the element!

A swollen appendix doesn't always need surgery
If you're ever rushed to the hospital with a swollen appendix, you can almost hear them sharpening the scalpels in the other room.
"It's going to have to come out," the ER doc will say, and then he'll scare you with the worst-case scenario.
He'll tell you that as the infected appendix swells with bacteria-ridden pus, it could eventually burst open, spill the germs into your gut, send the infection right into your blood, and possibly even kill you.
But slow down and take a deep breath before running into the OR -- because in most cases, the appendix isn't about to burst on the spot.
And new research confirms it may not "have to come out" at all.
Antibiotics can bring the swelling down and outright cure appendicitis -- saving you from the scalpel and all the potential complications that come from surgery.
Taking meds instead of rushing from the ER into the OR cuts the surgery rate by 92 percent, according to the analysis of five studies involving more than 1,100 patients.
Sure -- sometimes, the drugs are a temporary fix. If you get an infection once, you can get it again -- and within a year, 23 percent of the patients who got antibiotics were back in the ER with appendicitis.
But most of the time, it didn't come back -- and even better, using drugs cut the risk of serious complications by more than a third, according to the study in the British Journal of Surgery.
That's in line with other studies, including one I shared with you just last year.
It's even the main approach used in Europe, where surgery is the LAST resort (as it should be), and the drugs are given first in most cases.
This isn't just a matter of avoiding surgery and the potential risks that come with it.
There's something bigger here: The appendix isn't the worthless "spare part" it's often made out to be, and as its name so incorrectly implies.
Instead, it turns out the appendix may be a reserve tank of good bacteria that can be called on in an emergency to replenish your gut -- something that may be critical after a superbug infection.
So hang onto your appendix and its secret stash of good bacteria if you can. If you're in the ER and it hasn't swollen to the point where it can burst at any moment, ask your doc if you're a good candidate for meds instead of surgery.
Just make sure to take a probiotic to keep your good flora balanced in your gut while the antibiotics are wiping out the infection in your appendix.
God bless,
Dr. Mark Stengler
