Stomach ulser remedy

This is from an email posted some time back by the person at bottom of page...

Food for a stomach ulser

Potatoes are a safe food for stomach ulsers and green vegetables like green beans work as well. Coffee and normal tea are a no no but Bush tea or Rooibos tea (as it's called here)is okay. I cut out sugar as much as possible and drank water mostly. I also stopped eating meat. You'll have to do that till your stomach ulser heals.I only used milk in my rooibos tea and stopped eating wheat products . Pizza was a swear word. I did find that eating as little as possible was still the best way to avoid pain. It is adviseable to at least eat something every day otherwise your stomach acid will only have an ulcer to work on and that can't be good.

Here's more info on Helicobacter pylori and your stomach ulser remedy - Helicobacter and stomach ulsers

Special note:Prescribed medication can have a part to play in suppressing H pylori but one thing's definite, your stomach ulser remedy will come from eliminating Helicobacter pylori and not preventing your stomach from its natural acid secretion, However, Helicobacter pylori really like stomach acid so any reduction will be of some benefit.

Why Mastic gum?Two things that Mastic gum does. 1:Kills Helicobacter pylori.2:Protects the stomach lining (This can help for people who take strong pain killers as well)

Apple cider vinegar:A few of the things that apple cider vinegar is good for.1:High vitamin K content helps tremendously with aiding your bloods ability to clot (Quicker healing for your ulser).2:Helps balance the bodys acidity levels.
